UK resident selling first house in France
Buying and selling a house is difficult even when you can speak the language and understand the process. Being a UK resident with no prior experience of selling a house in France, Leggetts guided me through the entire process. They were always professional, always there to answer any questions and explained the process clearly and the steps that needed to be taken. The house sale, through no fault of Leggetts, had some complications which they were always quick to sort out. It is easy to feel very vulnerable when the process is new but I can reassure any foreign buyer to be confident in trusting them with your house sale.

Excellent
We had excellent service and advice from Toby Knight when selling our house in The Dordogne. Leggett provided a great service of a drone and a full 15 minute professionally edited video of the property which was a major factor in the sale. Everyone told us a large premium property was not Leggett's strong point - I totally disagree.
